They reply promptly with Japanese clients, but only once a week when their English speaking staff is working (usually on Wednesdays). I was lucky to have a Japanese roomie who did the buying on my behalf and we waited just 1 week after final confirmation of our group order. Items are shipped by express mail service.

    Hi,

Just wondering, will it be safe to use credit card.
i am worried that the staff might use my credit card number on other things.
    Can they do that?

No need to worry, they are safe. They also use the "Verified by Visa" as well.

So have you bought things from them using credit card?My parents fear that the staff might use the given credit card number without permission on other things...

That's why you scrutinize your statement every time you get it so you don't pay for stuff you didn't order. Charge coverage for fraud and transaction errors is $50, so you only pay $50 if your cardnumber got stolen or misused with a losses more than $50.

    No emails, no tracking numbers?
I just hope the package will suddenly appear on my desk any minute from now...

I went to Shuttle House while I was in Japan last year, both the one in Namba, Osaka and Ueno, Tokyo. Forgot to share a pic of a gift they gave me when I went to the one in Ueno. A commemorative mini t shirt. Looks good on a plush animal.

Oh, I just realized I resurrected a pretty much dead thread. My bad. lol.

    Hi Folks,
Just wanted to let you guys know the field trip to the shuttle house on April 5 2018. Well, just walking along the famous Ueno Ameyoko and saw the sign. Got in and was greeted by the owner/worker. There is a promotion going on at that time, purchase any Duora or Astrox you will get a free Yonex tennis/badminton bag. Plus 30% off if paid by cash or 25% off by credit card on any item you buy. Lots of badminton stuff and the latest & greatest. When I checked the serial number on the rackets it's all XF coded and I asked the staff and could not understand what he was trying to say. It's a great buy if you need any rackets or shoes with the 25-30% discount now.
