    Hi,
Recently I restrung an old racket (semi-graphite, like the old yonex cab 8) I used to play with as a kid. Intending it to be a spare, before I upgrade from my current Carlton Rasmussen Tour. Took a couple of swings and heard a creaking sound that came from the cap. What could the cause of this creaking sound, will it in any way affect the playability of the racket?
I've yet to actually 'test-drive' the racket, so any input will be most appreciated.
