ive used both and feel that are fairly similar with only minor differences.

500 is definitely in the line for 2007/2008. They came out with a new colour this year and that is the only change.

Usually a color change means that eventually the product would be phased out.

For the case of the MP88, the color change was to address a breakage issues with the red MP88.

    No AT500 for AUS :(

i recently emailed the official distributor for yonex in AUS.
they have no plans to release the new AT500, because the nano range is more popular.

they are releasing the AT900 in march i think.

damns damns, no at500 for me :(

    guess i gotta look overseas

It might be better because I products in Australia are like up to 3 times more expensive compared to areas overseas. Even if you import it and factoring the import tax, it is still cheaper.

It's on part of the menu selection when the page loads up. Here is the direct link to both of the English pages.

    http://www.bbesports.com/English/index.htm
    http://www.bbeshop.com/en/

You will notice, you can click on Chinese, this will revert back to the chinese page and that is where English would of appeared when you went to the site initially.

Intresting, that BBE changed their site with a parameter column since it's the first time I've seen it hte last time I have been there.

Just means that the racket is made in Japan. The racket code would be listed in the Type column (ie. JP, SP, CP). Some models do not list them so you may need to ask but chances are it is CH.
