No problem, glad to be of assistance, even if I'm no expert at any of this, hehe.

Silentheart is selling his AT-900P! nooooooooo!!!!!!!!
    ------------------------------------------------------------------

I treid the AT900T for the first time. Playability was very good for doubles for me. I adapted to the racket pretty much right when I picked it up, mainly because it had a lot more of the swing power like feel compared to the 900SA. Timing of the shots was not an issue either because of the same reason, the SA had even a faster swing speed which I was pretty used to as well.

I am sorry, did I miss something here?

It is like you are interested in a beautiful girl first. You take her out to a dinner one night. A movie the next week. Then you realized that she likes Italian food, but you can not stomic the cheese. She love the American muscle car while you love the cute Austin Mini (the origional). (I will not go into the movie, 90% the guys always have to watch some chick's flix) She is still a great looking girl and has wonderful personality. I jsut can see the future together. She is better off with some guy with same interests.

By the way, I still love the classic beauty of Cab30ms.

My technique sucks. That is why I lost games.
And yes, I did sell a AT900-technique. I still have another demo in my bag. I still have 1 new unstrung AT900-p in my study room and 1 demo in my bag.

So Matt meant the Technique and not the Power.

...this is what happens when a racket is mass-marketed as "the next best thing"

I did not say I don't like AT900s. I just say they are not for me. The best racquet for me is the one that win the game for me.

    Guys, have a nice weekend!!!

How much did you pay for them in Taiwan? I'll be visiting Taiwan this summer. Should I bother or just buy it online? Any Taiwan stores or website recommendation would be greatly appreciated!

    1. You won't regret buying it in Taiwan.
    2. As to the store, Go to Http://www.yonex.com.tw -> store->upper one -> copy the first one and show it to your driver. Of course, it will be easier to explain if you can read Chinese.

i've two 900Ps - a JP and a SP - and found something of interest. on the JP version, on the inner frame it says Nanoscale Elastic Ti in small letters and with GUMMETAL in larger font. on the SP version it says Nanoscale ELASTIC Ti.

do i have something to worry about, or is that just the difference between the JP and SP?

chessymonkey thanks. i can sleep well tonight. having bought the second last week, and gazing at it since, i didn't realise the difference until a friend from work asked me!

pumped the tension up to 25lbs (my other one is 23) and it was awesome
going to cut the strings on the other racquet and string it to the same specs. don't know why i couldn't get anything from the 23 pounder. guess everyone was correct in saying that to maximise the 900P's potential, add pounds!
