which is better for powerful stroke? oval or iso shape

    hey which racket is better for healthy stroke besides that all professial player using iso shape racket well i got 22 - 23 pound string tension stiff flex racket is it good for fast strokes?

    Oval is thought to give more power if hit 100% correctly, ISO is more forgiving and therefore widely used (even the pros dont hit the sweet spot all the time).

    Assuming you have the technique and strength a stiffer racquet and tighter strings should give you more power (too a point). If theres anything wrong with your technique though it will have a negative effect.

    can khan mark the small small sweetspot at oval head? that small small sweetspot is booming power....:D
    as for fast strokes, accuracy is more demanding, thus, higher string tension will help. as morewood said, your technique & skill need to be good to use higher tension....:eek:
