What a coincidence! How do you like your AT900t? There is no 2U in AT900 because the maximum weight of the AT900 is 3U. I was thinking about buying the AT900p, yet I think I can play better with the AT900t.

I was afraid to play with it in double games so I only used it in single game (about 15 minutes). Smichz mentioned that it sounded like glass sounds; yeah, it sounded like that, "ping, ping," from the string sounds. Although I was new with the racquet, my drop shots immediately improved with this racquet. But, my smashes were sadly weak, compared with my woven 9a. It is 26 lbs and may be too high for me. I will string it to 24 lbs next time.

will lower to 24lbs affect the accuracy in dropshots?
    but in 1st place, mentioned BG80 @ 24lbs?

Hi, mine is a JP version; AT900T 3UG4 with Nanogy 98, 25lbs. EXCELLENT control & feel. The FeeL is so good, I can produce powerful baseline shots and good net play....I enjoy using this precious racquet.

Usually uses it for single's game, selective usage in doubles game (worry that may have collision with partner's racquet)

My game has improved tremendously, MUST use it then you know what I mean. Very satisfied with it though the price is high. Worth it!!!

it may not generate the most explosive smash by those "smash friendly" racket like an old 2U ti-10, but there is NO WAY u can call smashing sucks with this baby, unless u can honestly say Taufik's smash sucks using 900t
in fact, i hardly find ANY racket that really sucks at smash, its just a matter of timing adjustment, swing style, and getting to know the racket better
Some player's swing style is more suitalbe to one type or the other so if they play with the wrong type of racket they can't get the most outta their strength but u can not conclude the racket as being weak

typing error (suppose to be 26 lbs). Hopefully, I can still hit with the same accuracy at 24 lbs.

    * sigh * I do not conclude that AT900t is weak in power. This is my previous statement: "Power is a bit lacking compared to my cab 21, but that might change with more practice with it."

I use 24lb tension for my at900t and i find it to be a good tension my smashes are really powerful. But i tend to hit the birdy to far when clearing so it would alwyas go out. Im probably gonna have 26tensionlb next time i restring.

    Racquets I'm carrying now everywhere in my beg : 2pcs at700 3u g4, 1 pc at900t 3u g4 and 1 pc at900p 4u g4.

Suprise-suprise : The at900p 4u feels the same weight as at700 3u if not heavier. The at900t on the other hand feels much lighter.

I wanted to get rid of the at900t last time, but luckily sir dinkalot told me to be patient with it. Every thing was great about the at900t only that it couldn't produce killer smash. But you know what, that has changed now. And that's after I found a stringer who does four knots and claim to follow the stringing technique done by the pros. Strung at 25lbs. Before that I strung with two other different stringers. The performance of the racquet now totally changes. I'm now able to produce much better smashes. Right now my main weapon is still at700 but I plan for at900t to take its place one day because the at900t is easier to manipulate for a furious double match.

I also plan to let the new stringer string my at900p and see whether there's any performance change. But right now I'm too happy with my at700 to have a test on the 900p:)

I aint looking for a 4U.It's just that i realized that it's not a 3U a lil bit too late.I was too happy for my new racket, didnt pay too much attention about the detail, like the weight.Just checking its authenticity.I'm not used to 4U as well. All my other rackets r 3U's.Yeah..it's true as well about the strings.I should compare it with the same strings. But i cant manage to find 98 in indo or in china. Is it only JP who has it?Not distributed in CH or SP?

I guess what he said was rite.Maybe ppl who dissapointed in their smashes while playing with this racket, was simply because they are not yet used to it.That's absolutely normal. No matter what racket u r using,if it's new,u gotta get used to ur racket,so that u'll know what it's capable of.

Good luck..n may i hear some 300 from AT900 users in BC.
