how do you roll your risk?

    how do you roll your risk or the proper way to snap your risk? I see like pros snap their risk weird how do your to that?

    I know a what a risk is...but what kind of risk are you talking about?

    it's not really the wrist that moves, its the pronation, or turning of your forearm. your wrist, should be kept basicly still, or at least as still as possible. too much flapping of your wrist can injure it. when you see the pros hitting it, the power does not come from the wrist. the wrist is a joint. technically, most of it comes from the forearm muscle.

    i suggest you search the forums first, including a thread titled "Forearm pronation", its really useful

    Never too young to learn pronation. Be not hasty to criticize this guy's spelling if you don't know the diff between you're and your or too and to. Patience - English is a 2nd (or 3rd) language for many ppl on these forums.

    I'm not sure if this is correct... I'm not a pro yet. :p

    But I think that the wrist motion should be similar to throwing a ball, as in a little slack. To get what I mean, try throwing a ball with a stiff wrist.

    The power mainly comes from pronation like they all said. The wrist is just the outlet for it's power.

    there is so many of these threads and the answer is always the same, do a search, do this do this etc i was trying to lighten things up. also im pretty sure a person from san diego can speak english.
