After the ceremony as WMC walked off the podium she caught up with LCW who was coincidentally walking in the opposite direction towards the court. WMC switched the trophy and the flower to her other hand and the two held their hands together tightly while brushing shoulders with each other. LCW congragulates WMC, at the same time WMC was thinking that she now has to pass on her luck to her bf. Walking away from the court, a smiling WMC said that this was like a fairytale tournament for her. Pardon me, please. Whether she is from Kajang or Timbuktu, lets leave her alone. The girl have just only won one major title, the local media and fans should just leave her alone to train and not distract her.
i think Mew Choo deserve all the praises for her fine performance and her example should be emulate by those who want to succeed. I hope this win will be one of the many to come. This has given us hope that our Malaysian girls have it in them to be on top. Mew Choo is born in Perak but she has long moved down to KL/Selangor. She is a quiet but humble girl. I think she is also one of the prettier gal in BAM. Is she Chong Wei gal friend. They should be more open like XXF and Lin Dan

Wong Mew Choo will definitely bounce back up... Maybe she's just tired right now... and her knee injury hasn't really fully recovered yet.. Badminton is unpredictable.
Ok given she may have been tired. I hope to see WMC doing well in future tournaments. However, it would be nice in the future to see Msians shuttlers after winning a major title not get beaten in the early rounds in the next following tournament. We need to get more consistency and improve on that mental toughness side.
