It's been a little more than a year and about 150 racquet strung. I began to felt like if the crank handle was slipping a little. Now it turns but gives no tension.

Anybody know what's the problem and how to correct it?

    Thanks

    1) what is the make and model of your machine?
    2) what do you mean the crank handle is slipping? you crank and the tension head does not move?
    3) did you calibrate the machine?
    4) did you clean the tension head?

It could be the crank handle is loose. Try to loosen it, put it back again, then tighten it.
If not the crank handle, use your hand to move the string gripper to the extreme left and then back to the extreme right. Sometimes the string gripper does not go back to the extreme right rest position, resulting in no tensioning or pulling.

If the handle turns but there's no tension this suggests that the pinion that travels along the crank arm has somehow become disconnected from the crank handle. Does the head travel anywhere at all on the rack arm?
