    Generally, the email would come once all items have arrived. If there are items which are not there, the first sheet would probably have some comments beside the items. If you want to follow up on it, send them an email.

    it depends on what you ordered. They only give you the second email after they have everything you want in stock.

    Unless you know Japanese, it would be hard to contact them by phone since there is a certain day when one of the staff that seems to know English is there.

    Send them an email and ask them if all the goods have arrived yet.

    Wow fast reply, so what should I do then? All I ordered was a bunch of different strings. NBG 98, NBG 95, BG65P, and BG66S, do you think they would have shortages on these? And if so, would that be the cause of the delay?
