Sry guys but i just fell down today and sprain my ankle badly. Cant join you guys for weeks or even months. sry for the trouble cause..

 

ok rem now. its the one with the clock tower if i remember correctly

still unconfirmed, not sure when my morning activities will end

 

yes thx, recovering, but not as quickly as i would like it to

today the foot felt really stiff during the first few games. slowly felt it begin to relax after a few massages and rub downs. hopefully everything will go back to normal and then can start picking up speed from there

that said, thx for the game today. and for being patient, even when i was sending only ~half of the shuttles across the net

thx alot guys, just seen the sinseh. need ard 2 to 3 weeks to recover and tat means no badminton for me for 2 or 3 weeks!!! should not have went out yesterday

 

be patient! you better don't skip the rehab period just because your hands are itchy for a game.

 

haiya wanted to join u guys but i got game on that day also at mpcc 2to5pm:crying: so cant run both places...
