i must say that i'm impressed by LCW in today's match against SDK.
i hope he could play like today when clashing with BCL or LD.
good luck on his journey to the gold.

    Yes, correct.

Even though I am not Malaysian, but I have to admit that Lee Chong Wei is the best Men's single player in the world currently. His best performance within the last 3 or 4 months gives hope to all Malaysian fans for making their dream coming true, to bring the first ever olympic gold medal in their history.

After winning the match against Lin Dan in the last Thomas Cup Semi Final in Jakarta, I did believe since then that LCW will take over the crown of Olympic Champion from Taufik Hidayat. Even let's say that Taufik were able to advance to final (obviously not) or finally Lin Dan is in the final, I still believe, LCW is still much better now. LCW will be the champion this time. He deserves it and so far, he had shown us how great he is recently.

It is now his time and Malaysians will be ready to celebrate this great achievement. Good Luck Malaysia.....

I must confess that as I was watching the beginning of the 1st game, some doubts came into my mind when Sony was looking dangerous and leading 7-3. I could imagine then Pemuda saying "I told you so!".:D

Then I guess LCW decided to 'ignite his engine' and the sparks flew. As he moved further and further away, I could see that Sony had really no answer to LCW. The 'warm' feeling came across thereafter, and I am sure for all Malaysian Boleh fans.:)

damn, LCW got lucky this time.

Regarding MYBDMWORLD's post, if LCW was really the best, would he be not ranked #1 in the world? BTW what makes you think that LCW deserves it more than any other player? they've all worked super hard, what gives LCW the right to "deserve" it??? LCW will be defeated by Lin Dan in the finals in straight sets, 21-7, 21-11. Lin Dan is absolutely on fire right now. Killing Ng wei and any other opponent, just look at the results bracket.

Today LCW played a very high quality stroke game couple with rock solid defence to outclass Sony. He must have learn his WC lesson and discuss strategies with Misbun to handle Sony. At the end Sony can not find his way through and collapse by making a lot of mistake. Nevertheless, praise must be given to Sony because he played well too. He is a fighter. He just lost to a better player today.

Brilliant performance by LCW, simply outstanding !! Salutation for him, he really rose to the occasion and stepped up his game, SDK was like hit by a train, simply outmatched and outclassed today. He's really on top of his game, and i expect him to get into the final.

totally disagree. LCW will be the only one in the semi-final that come out empty handed.

ahhaha prolly, LCW will lose soon = ) then all the malaysians can go home and sleep. Cuz WMC doesn't have a chance at winning WS and TBH/KKK already got dominated.
