Hello, I have a question: Played only 2 times this season and competition will start within a month. I have very quick blisters on my feet, specially on my big too of my left foot (RH player). I have this every year, all the time! Does anybody have any tips or suggestion or remedy how to prevent this @$%^&* injury? (shoes? socks? taping?) :crying: THANKS!
this normally happens to me if my feet don't fit my shoes properly, ie my shoes are too big. if that's the case with you, then 2 suggestions are: 1) get smaller or tighter fitting shoes (maybe it's just a case of pulling your shoe laces tighter) 2) wear an additional pair of socks can i ask, is your left foot smaller than your right foot?
Hmmm, Don't think my left is smaller, but I will try to find out. This weekend I will buy a pair of new shoes, hope this helps!
Take out your insoles, are they worn out? Wearing double layered socks can help reduce friction as well. Something like this would help. http://www2.yoursole.com/products/socks/duallayer/white
