Viver: I wonder I have good hands. For sure, it is partly due to the good work of the anti-handshaking device; but when I look at the pic information, it tells me why: it is auto white balance, no flash, being F4.5 at 1/40 at an ISO of 400!
Hah, got one at our flat in Japan. Generally, most flats come with these electric-toilets .. Did you check out the 'benza' and 'shower' function to clean your bottom ?
In Korea, every hotel-room I've stayed in has a 'smart' toilet-bowl It's kinda scary though when sitting on a hot-wired contraption. I'm always beset by the fear of getting electrocuted
Lawl, after all, they're all electric-chairs. ' What I don't like about these toilets is that the bowl is really small, and the 'sweetspot' is small like an oval racquet .. I prefer the isometric-bowl that i have at home in Nz. Here are some pictures I took while I was in Japan: This is the Itaria-mura ( italy village ), near Kyoto. It's a really small amusement park. The guy in the photo here controlling the gondola kept on shaking the gondola.. scared the hell outta me. At a badminton club: An indoor botanic garden in Kyoto.. my grandmother forced me to go with her.
Pak Nai is a very famous place to take sunset photo in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, the sun was covered by cloud on that day.
Japan tour Jul2008 Talking about Kyoto, the JR Kyoto Station is so hugh that we could not resist to spend one whole evening inside it. All pics. are hand held and by D80 18-135mm.
when i went to the olympic green there were no more ground passes for sale. only people with tickets to the athletics or swimming events were allowed inside. this was my disappointing view of the bird's nest stadium
Went to Macau recently... this is the new Grand Lisboa ... my expression when I first saw the building =
Hmm.. Marky: the tower shape of that JR Kyoto train station reminds me of the Macau Tower..I wonder how high (how many floors) is the JR Kyoto Station??.. Mini Me: looking at the Bird's Nest and Water Cube, in person, is definitely an experience than seeing them on tv, pictures etc. They're absolutely marvelous. chehsi: the design is based on the Golden Bauhinia flower. From far away (if one is driving by it), it definitely doesn't show the glitz of its glass pieces.
I was told it's build to look like Lotus.. It's also very nice at night with all the lights on. I think I should put the pic of the whole building instead.. as this is just the lower part of the building. All my pics looked so gloomy cuz' of the weather but really like the glass pieces there.
during the recent typhoon in taiwan i took this hdr of taipei 101. from this angle it reminds me of the wizard's tower from lord of the rings
ctjcat: JR Kyoto is definitely not "tower" tall, but it is hugh. I was too excited and missed to take a picture of its total outlook. ... But I steal this link to give a basic idea how it looks..>> http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3922.html
