Actually, already back in Seattle now. Hectic schedule in Japan so I didn't have time to do much. Could have stayed longer, but decided coming back as planned and getting rest would be good. The cheering squad was entertaining because I have never seen them live, and I was embarrassed because... well, some things they did was just embarrassing
^^I hear ya, i hear ya...^^ ..wow, so quick already back in Seattle..Good to hear you're back, though. Oh well, i guess no pics to share this yr from you??....maybe next yr??.. I believe the same typhoon (Sinlaku) that hit Taiwan last week is currently headed towards Japan and will last til this weekend, too. So, maybe that's another reason for you to head back to the states, earlier??.. Well, i guess we just have to rely on rhinovinda and others to share whatever pics they can get of the Japan Open...
For those guys interested... ...here's a few pics of Nihon Unisys' Ayane Kurihara, courtesy of Unisys' Badminton website; she plays both Singles and Doubles..(i believe there is a Chinese player in the team as well)
Yup i agree, he looks like mini, but his agility and skill is very promising. When i saw him in Thai open 08 semis againts Lin Dan, i realize that he is INA's MS future indeed.....
^^Thanks for sharing all the pics..^^ ..thanks for taking and sharing them, sunsun, rhinovinda; skyblue & george@chongwei (thanks for diligently searching for them; George, might want to save the files, first and then upload them to BC).. Btw, can someone id some of the players, for the rest of us, in the above post??..
