Hey this pic is super nice... :D

They are all already very well trained :p

The current camp has refresher courses on:
1. how to even more quickly signal 'Out' for 'In'
2. how to even more quickly signal 'In for 'Out'
3. how to keep an absolutely straight face
4. how to suppress that smile when the game resumes
5. how to suppress that elation when Team China wins
6. how to look harassed if the media is looking your way
7. how to love Lin Yongbo and all the good he is doing

By the way, this course is called 'Higher Diploma In Competition Strategy' ;)

Some of them might get to practice their skills at the Hong Kong Open 2007.

LOL. This had me in stitches.............:D:D:D Good one, oldhand.

Thanks again for sharing & posting all the pics..

does every tournament have different tournament referee? do they rotate? how do they choose who will be the tournament's referee? i think it is a good idea to have a tournament referee. hopefully it will curb the bad line calls a bit if not entirely. :)
..i believe they'll appoint different referees for different tournament(s), although i doubt they rotate them. As for who actually choose, or the actual process of selecting the tournament referees, maybe others who are close to BWF can share a bit more??...Btw, i thought Ben L. did a good job, esp. during the MS Final when LCW complained for the second questionable call, by coming out and actually talked to the chair umpire.
this pic looks so passionate.. like in korean drama as erin said :D
;)...i think it's an emotional win for them, considering this is their first SS title this yr and they're able to defend their CHN Open MD title..
:eek:Is Hendra about the same height as Bao ChunLai or even taller? He looks like a giant.
..if not mistaken, as yannie mentioned in another post, Hendra S. is 181 cm tall, roughly 6'0". Bao, i believe, is a few inches/cm taller than Hendra..;)

Ben still could not do anything.....he was the only Non Chinese Referee and Korean umpire was rested somehow on the final...didnt you think it is weird? many nations questioned umpires and service judges are from china.( same as in China Masters which I have brought it up in forum)....Honestly it could be a deal between BWF and China Federation ....so do not expect much action or solution yet from BWF.........

A bit off topic-Understood..

..but at least he tried and did his job; which, in addition, it shows that he was apart from the whatever "what was going on and suspected" in the CHN camp..As for the "deal between BWF and CHN Fed", i think we shall leave that one out discussion, at least in this thread..;)

Of course, we wont discuss that here...........;)

i agree. he talked to the umpire about the bad line calls. but even he looked frustrated by it all.

Yan.. orange again? or do you consider that yellow? or orangy yellow? :p But Hendra really looked so decent.. while Markis... a bit like.... 'err.. should i go nearer? or further?'

Yup, orangy yellow.. Nice color for Hendra. White also suits him.. Black not bad too..
