Thanks for the info. I've searched in tournamentsoftware live score but it didn't show up.

Yong-dae must win with Baek-cheol because he and Hyo-jung have lost to Zheng Bo/Ma Jin. I don't like Zheng Bo!

Congrats to Yihan. Hope she wins over Zhu Lin tomorrow. :) She's young but I believe she can beat her senior. It's young players' time.

Well what can I say? Whoever meets the Red Army got defeated so far in the semis!

Even Xu Huaiwen, seeded No.2 also lost to Wang Yihan (6), 18-21, 21-19, 10-21!

China are assured of the MS, WS and XD titles and a possible WD.

However they are somehow still weak in MD, with their lone entry of Guo Zhendong and Xu Chen losing to Howard Bach [6] and Tony Gunawan [USA], seed 6, in Round 1, scoring 18 points in both games.

Surprising since LYB is a doubles specialist. :(

Yeah, surprising. But not that much. He and his partner Tan B. had usually lost to Park Joo Bong/Kim Moon Soo of Korea. :)

So he was very happy when CY/FHF won the World Champion in MD a couple of years ago.

2009 German Open Finals: We can almost rename it as the 'The 2009 All-China Finals'

    .
And so tomorrow, Sunday 1-March-2009, we can almost rename the 2009 German Open Finals as 'The 2009 All-China Finals'.

It's not much of a surprise that KOR has made it to the MD Finals, but for JPN to make it there too; It's a great achievement.

    :):):)
