No need kan cheong my friend, XD title should be in INA's bag already with Limpele/Marissa there. WD, well, let's see if skill is better than China's power.

At the start he didn't really look like he was taking it seriously (really casual trick shots, lazy footwork). But he started to get into the match later and you could tell he wanted it. Whoever it was that said he wins when he attacks was right. Whenever he gave Chen Long too much angle for his smashes (lifting right down the side) he'd usually lose the point... which he did a lot at the end of the second set...

Again I need to correct you - no one needs it more than yo-yo Hafiz.

Err...not exactly. V. Diju/Jwalla Gutta have been beating INA pairs lately, including Nova/Butet

Because it has been a long time since Hafiz reached an international's open final. I predict it will be a close game tomorrow as I believe he doesn't want to let this golden chance to redeem himself to slip away from him easily tomorrow. Maybe he can beat Taufik tomorrow as a result as since he has the talent although I don't think many will agree with me.

I do agree with you on the point that he has the capability. But you saw it - he is so inconsistent. When he leads, he relaxes and pays the price almost all the time.

The one good thing today was that he showed 'hunger'. I think tomorrow will be close because he desperately wants to win one. It has been a 'long and dry' period for him. Even the wife is losing patience, not to mention the baby son.:D
