what's wrong with the ticketing system for this year IO????
it was a big dissapointment! no one could really grab a ticket, and the locket was closed too early, meanwhile few ppl was really in the stadium, and lots of ppl outside waiting hopefully for the ticket box to re-open.

then, after so many yelling and arguing with the comittee..unofficially they let us in by buying one of those sudden-tickets (if you know what i mean). and ppl were too worried for not getting any, so a savage-smelly-battle happened.

is the comittee didn't care about the calo's domination of owning the tickets?they also seems didn't care about the lack of spectators inside istora..

i just can't see the advantages for them of doing this

Never worried for a moment. Our Canadian players are experts at flattering to deceive. Plus Charmaine Reid is better in the commentary box than on the court :D

My girl HHY is just warming up for the thrashing she will hand Wang Chen today ;)

I don't get the whole ticket thing also. The stadium wasn't even full but they said the tickets were all sold out already, even the Rp.10,000 ones and that was 12PM! So we had no choice but to buy from calos. Weird because there were SO many empty seats!

And as the day went, the security staff were all gone and more people started entering (without tickets? I don't know) and stood just behind the bars, blocking people's views. Annoying.

The reason behind this inconvenience are 2 things:
    1. our stupid tax system
    2. mis-estimation by the organizers

    1. Unrefundable tax have to be paid when printing the tickets. Once you print... say 7000 (for a full Istora capacity of 7000)... but in the end you could only sell 2000, then the tax paid for the 5000 unused printed tickets cannot be refunded. :(
    2. The organizers mis-estimated how many people will watch today's matches... they printed only 2000 tickets, but in reality, 4000 people arrived today... Thus, they (honestly) ran out of tickets. :p

This is not a secret anymore . Once I try to buy tickets two days before the event begin. (in selective stores in jakarta) They said it already sold out.

Then when I came to istora, I had to bought tickets from calo and guess what? Yes, the stadium is not fulled at all.

I thought at least the management people had change into better one system but turn out its not.

That's why I always think twice if I wanna see my heroes play at Senayan, though my office only 2 mile from istora. Any suggestion how to get a ticket if I go there in the afternoon? Will the ticket have been sold out?

well, someone mention about seeing the security handling the tickets to the calo's. it's not a secret anymore that they helped the calo all these year..and we're tired of protesting about it..nothing seems to changed.
the calo are still there, and stupidly for us, it's an advantage to have them around (sometimes)
    this vicious cycle is endless
