With so many INA entrance in the Japan Open SF, why is it not being broadcasted? hmmph..it's definitely better than afternon soap operas with no-plot whatsoever that is currently aired...
Anyway..looking forward for Grey/Nit vs Ma Jin..hope both of the teams put up great plays....

Who knows, maybe Bao can get title here.
Just recovered from injury, already get title. So scary meh!

If possible, I wanna ask this question to those board directors of our TV stations. Especially to Glo**lTV, the self-proclaimed Badminton Channel.:p

I gotta a feeling there is a pact to let everyone a chance to win.. hehe... sharing the prize. So, who's buying sushi in this tournament? lol. Lindan treated some to some nice chinese food. ;)

I did suspect this a few years ago and discussed among my friends and it only applies to SS and Gold tournaments but not the major ones or team events.

Looking at the flags in TS on Semi-final day, one can be excused for thinking that MAS players did not take part in this year's Japan Open.

The article is full of WRONG FACTS!

Fuzzy never won a title in 2 years since 2007???
    It should be 2008!

    - There's really nothing to be impressed in his MD event. Remember also, Hendra A.G. hasn't won any major titles in MD, yet, esp. with his current partner Alvent. And we've yet to see if he can advance to the Finals in this tourney, in both events.
    - Hendra A.G.'s success can be partially attributed to his partner, so let's give some credit to Alvent. Yes, Joko is not as stable as Alvent.
    - On the other hand, i'm a bit surprised with his XD win (with Vita) over the current WC; and doing it in straight games. With that win, who knows, maybe it'll propel them to win the whole thing.
NTM will square off vs. BCL in the Semis rd. While TH will face off vs. Simon in the other Semifinal match.
..1 tourney is not enough to tell. But then, in recent yrs, INA usually would show a resurgence of success in the latter half the yr..

That has been the case for a number of years. Since 2006, INA usually does not win any title until the Asian Championships (usually held in April/May). INA also only 1 SS title in Singapore for the first 10 mths of 2007, followed by 4 in a row in the last 2 SS of the year!
