I don't expect my Little Dragon to win tomorrow. It's probably 70-30 or 60-40 (at worst 55-45) chance in favour of Chong Wei. As long as Chen Long puts up a good fight, proves that he has what it takes to beat Lee more often in the near future, and entertains us to an exciting, thrilling match, I'm contented. It's becoming so difficult and rare to see the Dream Final of Lin Dan-Lee CW that I'm now counting on the Wish Final of Lee CW-Chen Long to keep me satisfied and interested.
My O my, what's happening to Wang XL/YuYang? After an easy 1st game win, they are taking things for granted and was surprised and duly punished. Better gather their thoughts and regroup themselves in game 3 or they might just be going the way of their compatriots Zhang Nan/Zhao Yunlei.
. Game 1 HJE/KMJ-WXL/YY: 08-21 Game 2 HJE/KMJ-WXL/YY: 21-14 (Match now at the 36th minute) Game 3 HJE/KMJ-WXL/YY: 11-10 (Interval at the 48th minute) It's still any pair's match. .
The court scheduling is incredulous . How can you not put Fu/Cai v BoeMo on the tv court but instead the massacre going on right now?
Sorry to go back in history, but I'm currently watching a replay of an earlier match on the denmarkopen site between Chen Long and Sho Sasaki. It is so hilarious because the commentators can't stop gushing about the XD on an adjacent court. Instead of "good shot Chen Long" , it's "my fellow commentator has just gone down courtside to give Joachim Fischer a big kiss."
. Game 1 HJE/KMJ-WXL/YY: 08-21 Game 2 HJE/KMJ-WXL/YY: 21-14 (Match now at the 36th minute) Game 3 HJE/KMJ-WXL/YY: 11-10 (Interval at the 48th minute) HJE/KMJ-WXL/YY: 16-21 (Match over at the 59th minute) 8 PAW points earned. But it's not an impressive match by the World No.1. .
Twas Steen indeed. You should replay the game, the unapologetic nationalism of the commentators may be unprofessional but amusing.
Gauging Your Mental Power Contrary to popular beliefs of starting well and having many extra points ahead of your opponent to cushion yourself comfortably ahead, it is :- 1)Letting your opponents lead ahead of you and then test your mental powers, staying calm enough to steadily crawl back up, now that is surely more powerful 2) Not being jittery and fearful until you can't plan your game when your suddenly far behind is something to be learned from experience especially in a high pressure game
Looking at the INA's uniforms, perhaps Flypower should consider marketing batik designed knee braces.
Can only mean that Danish are not losing more by more than 10points to Fu/Cai (the most the home crowd can hope for, one should think)
Eventually I will, professionalism is overrated . Steen P is the former head coach of the danish team after all and Rasmus Bech is from the PR department of the danish federation or something
