She will be up against top seed Porntip of Thailand, who is a solid, reliable and consistent player. But Sindhu, that girl has no respect for seeds! She scatters them all around! Still, it may just be too difficult this time, but I hope she will make a match out of it! Second seed Yao Jie (and crowd favourite?) should get through without much of a fuss, I think. And the crowd will also be rooting for Eric Pang, who upset top seed Ajay Jayaram in 3 thrilling games in the quarter-finals.
