next week.. kimchi time for both...

Damn... that almost got exciting. Oh well. I'm a little disappointed by Taufik's body language. He gave it a go, but even when he came within one point at the end there, he still didn't look like his heart was really in it. Such a shame.
can i switch channel to Roddick vs Wawrinka?
Wawrinka sets QF with Federer. 1st time 2 Swiss met in QF grand slam in the tennis history. stay tune on coming Tue.Yep, I switch the channel after a boring first set. Rodick VS wawrinka match is much more entertaining.![]()
is it the same way as LD's generosity to let LCW win?Did LCW allow his good friend TH a leeway so that TH’s losing score would be respectable?’ No doubt it would be embarrassing for TH to lose both games in single digits.

I have decided to buy a LC Yonex racket tomorrow.
I am convinced that LCW is a badminton legend for Malaysia. No one had ever achieved so much, nowhere near. I should at least keep something to remember this great player. And also, looking at the current Malaysia backup squad, it is disappointing.
I started watching badminton from the Soh Swee Long time. There are occasional big names like Misbun, Foo Kok Keong, Ong Ewe Hock, Rashid Sidek. But no one had shown such skill level and consistency.
Staying as world number 1 for so long and winning so many SS. Just magnificent.
At the beginning of last year, critiques has been saying LCW never win back to back tournaments. Now, I do not think anyone has any doubt about that. And LCW has proven in the Taipei final and MO, he has scaled a new height in terms of his skill and consistency.
Really eagerly waiting for the next LCW vs LD match. Hopefully no one chicken out in the last few minutes.
Lee Chong Wei played superbly against Taufik Hidayat in the men’s singles final match and won the 1st game 21-8.
The pattern appeared to be repeated in the 2nd game until 18-8 when suddenly the tide ‘turned’ and TH scored 9 points in a row. This is just not possible for the world number 1 to be on the receiving end of such an onslaught. Even the commentator said the unthinkable could happen and the crowd was very concerned.
The question is, ‘Did LCW allow his good friend TH a leeway so that TH’s losing score would be respectable?’ No doubt it would be embarrassing for TH to lose both games in single digits.
At 17-18 LCW stopped the rot and scored 4 points in a row to win at 21-17 and he did it just as easily as when he scored early on in the 2nd game. !!!
Notwithstanding the aforesaid, “Congratulations LCW, for winning the Malaysian Badminton Open Men’s Singles title for the 7th time.

.beating comprehensively a former olympic and asian games gold medalist is indeed a good achievement, even though he is already old and past his peak a long long time ago.
at least, boleh-fans have somethg to shout abt 4 time being.
pralinescream is sure datuk allowed taufik a few more points in the end.
this is acting very unprofessionally bcoz he did not give his best during those times.
