MS QF Lee Chong Wei [1] vs Taufik Hidayat - Taufik has done relatively well in progressing to the QF and at least, he has 5,040 pts in the bag. It will be a major upset if he can beat the World No 1. Simon Santoso [7] vs Kenichi Tago - once again, Simon is presented with an excellent chance of repeating his performance in reaching the SF last year. I think he has a good chance of beating Tago. MD QF Chai Biao/Guo Zhendong [3] vs Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan [8] - the INA pair beat the defending champion last week. I hope they can repeat the performance today. XD QF Maneepong Jongjit/Savitree Amitrapai vs Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir [4] - Towi/Butet need a SF place this week to restore their frail confidence after the many defeats in the past few months. They will also need to do better if they don't want to end up as the 4th seed in the London Olympics.
