Marin appears (to me) to be clearly superior in the attacking power play

Marin takes the first game 21-12. It's been a disappointing game so far, Busanan has been way too passive. She cant handle Marin's attack but she not adapting her game to counter the threat. :/

Clearly, the present CHN MS threesome of Chen Long,DuPY and WZM cannot compare with the previous threesome of Lin Dan, Bao Chunlai and Chen Jin, except for Chen Long, of course.

Lucky WZM, an unconvincing victory, 21-18 in the decider. With this kind of form, I doubt he poses a threat to LCW tomorrow.

Can't believe that moronic commentator (Richard) actually made a fart joke live on air! "Gotta be careful when you say they've got wind issues...hope no one heard I just said that..."

Marin making some silly mistakes when she could have taken it in 2 games

It's OK, mild and oblique, esp when compared with the obnoxious stuff we sometimes get here in BC.:)

Busan clawed back to level up with G2, 21-17, remarkable. One game apiece.

No surprises, Sung JH walked all over Walker in G1, 21-8.

It's been terrible for a while, the players are putting the effort in but the talent just doesn't seem to be there.

There seems to be lots of issues with the running of the national training program too.

You've got a point. ;) It's just that I've never heard such an off-colour remark made during commentary for what are traditionally considered the "gentleman's" sports such as tennis and badminton. There was such an awkward silence after Richard spewed forth; I'd bet Mr. Steen was mortified.

In general I find that commentator (Richard) very annoying to listen to; he usually has nothing informative to say and is prone to babbling to fill up the silences. On the other hand, I like Ms. Clark and Mr. Steen very much - they make an excellent team.
