Neither of the bags you mentioned will be waterproof. You should look at the texture of the material a little better and ask yourself how it will be able to be water repellent. Something I only just noticed is that Yonex have added an icon next to the bags they consider 'waterproof' and it's only the ones from this series http://www.yonex.co.jp/badminton/bags/premium-series/ I actually noticed the texture before noticing the icon. In general something ('hard') plastic looking and shiny is what you should be looking out for, like
