Okay Carolina Marin lose for good. She won't qualify to play in the semifinals. It is nozomi and saina who will qualify. Hmm.... Still enjoying my favourite tvb drama series, always ready acted by ekin cheng.

Okay the Danish MD win the first set convincingly. I guess the Danish pair will win the match and top the group.

No matter how from this group it will be the Danish pair and Chinese pair who qualify to play in the semifinals.

WYH is not polite when passing the shuttle to opponent when the rally is over.

I do not really understand the court1 line up... I mean it was obvious that this MD Den vs. Chn won't go all out with both qualified.

And how can one put Srikanth again on the tv court, esp against chou who is out already too...

Ofc we can watch the other courts on livestream, but it is still nicer to watch the tv court 1.

Yes, spectators caught using their flashlights while the match is in progress should be exposed on TV. :p:D

If Wang YH lose to Sung JH (in 2 or 3 sets) now, will Rat top the group then?

WYH appears listless in this match knowing she's already through to the semis, and as if she doesn't care who she's going to meet next.

Yup, a bit strange this 'insignificant' MS match is on TV court.

Hi Justin, I read Clely's post that there will be a redraw for the knock-out stage after the completion of today's matches... thus she can't care :D

Give it a further thought, there's also no much drive to top the group, a player may opt to save some juice if she already won twice thus secure his/her next berth.

Friend, what you say is quite true, but your point or message is probably lost on most people here and all the viewers out there, I make bold to say. Imagine we don't have such hyped-up sport entertainments and other all-encompassing diversions to distract and take most of the attention away from the wider and deeper impact of social ills and problems in society at large...well, I'd better not elaborate too much here, I trust you know what I'm trying to say.

surely the draws will be between the winners and runner ups of the group stage. i.e. to win the group will avoid the other group winners until the SF stage etc

These two gentlemen are playing for ranking points and pride, and a little more pocket money.

BWF can tweak the indifference of the last group match if a player already won twice thus secures a berth [due to the redraw in KO stage] by attaching some significant money prize in each match won by the player... as such if a player win all the three matches in group stage, the player get some special performance monetary bonus for it :D

if BWF wanna make the sport industry running efficiently it must share its or organizer's $$$ bucks to max the potential!

Regardless of who win this match it is no longer important as both won't qualify to play in the semi finals. Anyway both are my idols. I would say Chou Tien Chen gold an edge to win this game. He already won the first set. Second set also he is leading right now.
