I follow all except I still drink coke and sleep less than 7 hours a day a few times a week.

I am within 5lbs of the weight since I came out of college. That's 20 years so I think I am doing ok on the weight part. Although I have to say that the body don't respond to exercise like it used to. Gaining muscles and losing fat is much harder now.

You know uncle memory not so good. But I'm sure it was not LD, who must have handed the crown to CJ as a gift some time ago.

Yes you've been cycling a lot and enjoying it. Excellent!
But how about replacing your Coke with plain, clean water instead? Don't influence your boys to drinking Coke.
Coke contains a terrible amount of sugar it seems. Sugar kept too long in the body without being used becomes FAT. And too much sugar and salt is very harmful to the body and makes one gain more weight unnecessarily.
Diabetes is highly associated with sugar. It is no good to be struck down with D when one is young as it is could be life long.
Smoking, alcohol, obesity, diabetes, etc, are friends of CANCER but cancer can never be a good friend to us.
Year by year as we mature, our organs are not functioning as well and we are more prone to illness.
So we must learn to cut out harmful stuffs to our body, with a bit of sacrifice.

Yes Simon has won once and he has been a frequent competitor in Singapore since young.
But I read he suffered an injury and we have not seen him for quite some time.

I have been trying to cut down coke. At work they have infused water which is water with some very diluted fruit flavor. Seems to be ok as it still less bland than water but don't have the badness associated with sugary coke.

In the past couple of years I have also started running and swimming. I find running much more time efficient as I can get ready to run in a matter of minutes and no need to prep the bike and stuff. 30-60 of running provide a very healthy workout. I ran my first marathon last month!

In Saina's case, probably a combination of after effects of injury and age. The recovery rate in between tournaments could have gotten longer for her.

The only ones who are playing almost non stop are kimchi and sushi-driven. Even Chinese players cannot sustain too many tournaments close together.

    Thursday morning to Sunday midnite.

Although I sort of have to go back home briefly on Friday nite after the quarterfinals and miss the semifinals. I shall return by Saturday evening 7 pm for the Finals next day.

So if you wish to plan a GTG session - any time from Thursday, Friday (before 10 pm), Saturdar (after 7pm) to Sunday 11 pm will do nicely.

I remembered the match - LCW played too confidently and got creamed by Kenneth Jonassen in rubber.
