Chinese giants have pretty good defences - make better by INA pairs lack of penetration power. And they are so fast on the move.

Son played badly yesterday too and recovered - maybe needs a longer time to warm up.

What's with Ahsan/Setiawan, they are being left far behind in G2 ?

Who'd imagine, Li Junhui/Liu Yuchen crushed Ahsan/Setiawan with identical score of 21-11 in two straight sets.

Put simply, the Chinese young pair made their court too small for Indonesians - there is no way to dominate the frontcourt unless they get pushed back. But today both INA players were not accurate.

Congrats China! Maybe a possible successor to Cai/Fu has been found.

Tian HW's stubborn defence is also causing SWH headache.

Liu Yuchen is lanky but his smashes pack a punch.

Both THW and SWH have similar styles, mostly textbook shots.

Which actually makes me feel so sad. Just as said Son Wan Ho is already a goner long ago.

From the way I see it sorry to say Mohd Ahsan / Hendra Setiawan are no longer on their winning ways.
