At court 2 Chang Ye Na / Lee So Hee just won their WD match against their own team mates.
Wow the Chinese MD are really playing so well, Both are leading 10-7.
Wow I realized that both the Chinese MD really can smash very hard. Wow....
Costly second service error from the Indonesian side.
thanks...but didn't work in my country!!
Huang Kaixiang making too many service errors.
The two CHN MD coaches look more like wrestlers than badminton coaches.
One is Xie ZhongBo...
This MD match is too close to call.
Wow finally congratulations to the Indonesian MD for winning the match today. Tough fought match but the Indonesians played much better to win.
HKX suffered from nerves, served badly, push returns at the net went into the net and backhand cross-court returns were short a few times.
Congratulations too to Aya Ohori for playing so well to win her match over Bae Yeon Ju today. Wow Japanese WS really on the rise.
So the lineup for tomorrow finals will be as follow.
MS - Richii Takeshita versus Huang Yuxiang
WS - Sung Ji Hyun versus Aya Ohori
WD - Yuki Fukushima / Sayaka Hirota versus Chang Ye Na / Lee So Hee
XD - Chan Peng Soon / Goh Liu Ying versus Zheng Siwei / Li Yinhui
MD - Angga Pratama / Ricky Karanda Suwardi versus ?????
Lately, Aya Ohori has emerged as another JPN WS to watch.
Zheng Siwei is a tireless worker in addition to being a rising doubles player in both XD and MD.
Too bad, Huang Kaixiang isn't up to speed today, ZSW a little less so.
China has three young pairs with potential for the coaches to work on, He Jiting/ Tan Qiang, Zhou Haodong/ Han Chengkai and HKX/ZSW. With proper grooming they should make it in 2 or 3 years.. Richi always do well in NZ. IMHO the odds are against HYX. Hope he proves me wrong. After SYQ's defeat yesterday the Chinese coaches must have studied STZ's syllabus closely and came out with a counter syllabus. Glad the counter syllabus worked for him although they did not have the luxury of time to rote-train him. Richii's syllabus is in Japanese and is difficult for the Chinese coaches to comprehend. It will be an uphill task for HYX tomorrow.
How to watch the last MD match live today? It has been shifted from court 1 to court 2 but there is no live telecasts?
Sad that I am now basically staring at the live scores with no live streaming for this MD match.
Staring at live scores, Ko Sung Hyun / Shin Baek Cheol just won the first set 21-16.
