Basically, Lin Dan managed to tire his opponent out and that's always a great strategy to use. Your statement that Viktor WAS going on to beat Lin Dan is irrelevant and biased. No one says he is invincible, he's 34 already for Christ's sake! Think about that for a moment and give the man some credit even if you dislike the word "Legend".

LCW still not out of second gear. When to smash?

There was nothing wrong in wat the commentator said.
Ld lost the first set in a humiliating way n won in an unconvincing way. If he wants to be just another player on the circuit who wins some n loses some, then fine.

Yep, I give him my credit. Not biased but Lin Dan's facial shows that he is in big trouble in G1. Lin Dan DOESN'T plan to make VA tired. He just failed to counter Axelsen's attack in G1. In G2, Axelsen began to smash the net and Lin Dan use the opportunity to capitalize. Credit to LD of course.

LCW's strategy is basically: lift, defend, drop. Not a moment of wanting to attack,

Well, this only proves that Viktor's bronze medal in Rio was nothing but a gift from Lin Dan. It was interesting and humorous to see how big it made the heads of these commentators.

CTC won against tanongsak but it must ve taken a lot outta him. Considering tomorrow's semis are early, it's a pity. I was hoping for a tough lcw, CTC match.

Not a gift exactly, Lin Dan misjudge some of backline shots in G3. It's all nerve.

He also gifted lcw the silver.
But then he himself has been gifted so many trophies by senior players like taufik and Peter gade that it's only fair that he returns some to juniors.

16-9 to LCW. Just moving THW all around the court.

THW has nothing in his arsenal to hurt LCW.

Come on, if Viktor was leading 18-10 in the 2nd set, then I would agree that he was going to win - maybe like the game between Marin and Ratchonon. It's not the first time that Lin Dan comes back after losing the first set. Lin Dan's facial was one of frustration at most, not fear or someone in "big trouble" as you like like to imagine. You are clearly biased in my view and are seeing things that you would like to see. But no one can prove that you are wrong, only Lin Dan.

    This is total bull.

Lin Dan was visibly a totally different player in g2 and g3.

So was Axelsen. He was relaxed in G1. G2/G3, he look like a lost lamb, always talking to coach, head down and etc.

What's there for him to prove tomorrow? That he is no longer a great player if he loses in SF? That his victory over Viktor tonight was a fluke? Give it up, pal.
