I think Axelson broke AS100zz shaft, in 100x's case, it's the cone that breaks.

Like jctai said, Axelssen broke a Yonex AX100ZZ at the cone. However, Hendra Setiawan broke a ARS 100X at the cone recently in Thailand. Was against Ellis/Langridge.

You have to ask your shops that carries these brands and see if they could order in some. The profit margin for high end models are lower compared to mid end and low end models, that's why some shops won't order the newer models to keep in stock unless there's an expressive demand for that model from their targeted market. In Malaysia, the 100x are still available in the market but few shops want to carry it because of the low profit margin.

ARS100X was lacking on the market for half year, even in China and Taiwan. The newly produced ARS-100X was available in Taiwan like 2 months ago. I guess other countries might receive the racket near December.

Yea, I asked the shop I frequent to help me get TW coded AS100x. I got a 3U and black cone version. But after two weeks of playing the shaft made some noise while flexing and I sent it back to the shop to ask for replacement.

I'm not in this line of business but that's what I gathered from Malaysia market. The profit margin for high end model is higher than low to mid end model for the manufacturer, but for retailers and distributors it's the opposite because the manufacturer definitely not going to sell their high end close to their cost.

Any comparison between ARS 100X and NF800? Is the head bigger than NF800

yes the major difference between jetspeeds and auraspeed that their heads are way bigger, so definitely much much bigger than nf800

From the video, looks like the handle is longer. How is the balance and stiffness compared to AS90k? Is the shaft thinner?

I'd be curious to know the difference between the 90K and 100X both in 4u.

I thoroughly enjoy my 90K. However, when I'm feeding for hours it just gets to be too much. Would a 100X be easier on the wrist/arm for long feeding periods?

Also would it be worth it to do a full switch if I didn't care about the slightly less smashing power? I'm 6'3 so I can generate enough power on my own I believe.

I had a 3u 90K and using a 4U 100x now. Regardless of their weight difference I much prefer my 4U 100x for its bigger sweet spot plus its hitting feel is much pleasent for me. Definitely a speedy racket that didn't sacrifice too much power. 100x is stiffer than 90K, I'm not sure it'd help you on your hours of shuttle feeding.

I don't know about 4u but i own both in 3u... With the same string and tension but a different grip...

90k still have the original grip and attached overgrip on to it
100x only cushion wrap and overgrip

My review is : 100x better in every aspect than 90k,speed, control, power but not by much.. The noticeable difference is the better smash feeling from 100x... if u have stronger hand, go for 100x.. My 90k now is used by my wife...
I play 3 hours on tuesday and 3 hours on wednesday with 100x, the last hour on wednesday really drop my performances... 90k is more forgiving for long hour play in my case.. Maybe because of the 100x stiffness tire u faster
