54 and returning....zzzzzzz

    Like the title.....oredi 54....joints all giving way,especially the legs..

    Stopped about 4 years but alamak....hands gets icthy.....

    So....looking for a better pair of shoes...mind u...ooppss sorry....

    V bad joints....knee,ankle and soles...cant even walk bare feet on hard floors....soles screaming!!!!

    Since been away from the 'scene' for so so long (been away to a galaxy far far away,tsk tsk) need suggestion for a super comfy pair of new pad...ahem....hahahaha....

    Pls,anyone can help?

    Many choices but I would go for a pair of Yonex Power Cushion Comfort Z which should provide the extra cushioning you are looking for.

    Also maybe play with a knee brace if you are worried about hurting them.

    you can also try the 2018 babolat shadow tour....a friend swore it's more comfy and more cushioning than yonex.comfort z

    Let us know how the return to the sport goes. I just played with a guy in his 50's that took a break for almost 20 years while he focused on family and work. He is VERY happy to be back on the court even if he finds himself a little slower. ;) Hope your return is a happy one too!
