Hi,

We would like to form a regular weekday group in the Hougang/Serangoon/Sengkang/Kovan area with 6-8 high intermediate/advanced players. Currently we have about 3 players at this level.
If you are interested and committed, please PM me and we will start the booking asap. Thanks.

Number of courts: 1
Court type: Sports Hall or cc
Time: any weekday, 8-10pm (will fix the day later according to the majority preference)
Shuttlecock: Protech/RSL
Cost: should be around $6-$7
Level: High Intermediate or Advanced

Hi,

I am keen and will be committed to a regular session. Just wanted to be sure - what is considered at high intermediate and advanced? Just wanted to be sure we are on the same page.

I've just started to play badminton recently and consider myself decent and competitive. I was never a school player and has never played competitively. I am 36.

where do you guys currently play? maybe i can come and see and acess :)? Let me know. Thanks.

Hi Lim, I will help Kent access the level of your play tonight, as Kent is our Sunday player. ;)

Kent, I think Jacky will join you right? So I think he will only like a game on Tue, as he plays with us on Thur and Sun. Other than Tue, I don't think he can join you. Maybe you can check with him. Haha... :p

Hi Lim,

We don't have a standard judgement of level but it's best if we could recruit those who can play competitive games. Apart from sweating and exercising our body after work on weekday, the purpose of this group is also to learn from each other to improve our skills.
Anyway, you may PM me your contact and I'll contact you when the 1st game is confirmed. Thanks!

Yes, Lim is joining us later, at Yew Tee cc.

I have a few friends stay around your area. I will pass your contact to them other than those from our Sun team, like Jacky, CheeYong, Tan.

I believe Mustafa will be able to give you a few contacts as well.

Btw, heard that the condition of Seng Kang Sports Hall is not so good. :D

Btw, are you recovered from injury? Can play friendly match with Bishan team on this Sunday?

Too bad Lim didn't attend the games today and didn't inform me either. Thus can't access his level of play. ;)
 
Yeah, sorry. Was at office rushing off work, trying to make it. I could only leave at 7.45pm but was then stuck in traffic. Apologies, but I don't really have your contact so I couldn't call.

Sure. It's great to play with you. I think the earliest date I can book now is 20 May 2010. The rest nice locations and slots have been fully booked.

However, I noticed that there is empty court at Nee Soon East cc (opposite Yishun mrt) on 17 May 2010, 730-930pm. Are you available on this date? How about the rest of you who have PM me?

I would like to play but it's been years since i hold a racket. Used to play for School but now old liow.....40years old.....but skill so so la....need to brush up.....
