Who to find to get replacement ? on 15-05-14 i was able to make 2 bookings so we can play after working hours. Date : 22-5-14. Place : Jurong East Sports Hall. Court 5 (7-8pm). Court 6 (7-8pm). Date : 29-5-14. Place : Jurong East Sports Hall. Court 5 (7-8pm). Court 6 (7-8pm). Payment was made and I make sure I printed out the receipts. I also inform all my friends to come on the said dates. 1 or 2 days later a lady called to inform me that the courts have been reserved for corporate bookings. She also said she will refund to me all payments that i have made. Until today the payment have not been refunded. WHO am I to look for ? what kind of system is this ? I thought she would be kind enough to replace my booking for a future date but she never did. Just easily say sorry can already....while we are trying hard to get courts to do regular exercise. BT
It should be still iapps asia who should make the refund If you are paying with your credit card, can you contact the relevant company to cancel the payment?

Is anyone having trouble making credit card payments? Twice I had trouble making credit card payment. The first time, I couldn't get the one-time password from the bank despite clicking for it 4 times in a row. I called my credit card company and they said they repeatedly sent the OTP but the respond from activesg is that the OTP is in queue. This morning, I got the OTP but the whole transaction just kept hanging before I got an error message. Switched to ewallet and the thing went through without a hitch. Very frustrating experience. And I worried that I will be deducted 3 times - that was how many times the system hung on me.

Are you sure you call was from booking office? How to confirm? Maybe somebody else took your courts and scammed you??

Hi guys, May I know how you guys manage to book a slot for badminton? I have been trying for the past two weeks trying to book a slot during the weekend at 7am sharp but to no avail. Once i login at 7am, all the slots have been taken. Not even a bone left for me ..
Sometimes really no choice. Some people really camp at the app and access it the moment it struck 7am. Seconds late and you are very back in the queue. Furthermore there's no limit to the number of courts you are getting so sometimes it's just unfair.
