Umm.....well there are age categories like Junior, Intermediate and Senior. You can play in higher categories but not lower. Our Seniors and Intermediates get first dibs on what they want to play since some seniors are young enough to play intermediate and some intermediates are young enough to play junior. So it all kind of depends how many player kind of go out in each age category

Hey is anyone going to the small tourny in Taber. (This is mostly for the people in southern alberta, because I'm guessing no one from edmonton is going to drive for 6 hours for taber)

I think the net at the one net was high one end. They should have been close as Kenton (the guy running the High School gym) has an exact measuring stick for the nets and he set up all the school himself. The nets at the elementary school are terrible - the adult club might buy new ones for next year.

I know the woman I was working with was very impatient. She was calling games as fast as she could and seemed annoyed when games didn't finish quickly or players didn't run from the stands to the court. She called the one pool out of order so I was scrambling to get it sorted out.

We were given pretty strict orders about warm up time as there were several pools with eight players. When I left at 1 pm, we had barely finished three rounds, with four to go. Kenton sai they finished up by around 10 pm. Makes for a long day

Was too bad we didn't have more time, they typically get a few ranked players and myself to put on a demo doubles game. Maybe next year we'll have Michael and Denis against me and someone else. :D

Oh yea, i remember when Brody Hilland was part of a demo. Too bad this was my last year!! :( .

Yah, i know my team mates were getting really annoyed when they were getting told to hurry up when they were just getting their racquets out of their racquet bags..

Competition of course is going to be extremely high for all categories. The people who usually win are always very good haha. Very Good would probably be an understatement

    Any Junior div 1's?

hey im on the fowler team for junior doubles and i was wondering if there were any people that play juniors. From what i've seen, there arent too many juniors that play, we beat the junior crescent team 7-4 in the dual meet. When ever i go to LC there are only intermediate people there.

and does anyone know if the courts from bishop o'byrne are good (hoping that we advance to cities)
