YW/ZJW, you can do it!
Or could they be worried about me representing Canada and kick their rear-end in the future? Not likely, consider that I am 30 years old now.
Seriously, the Korean WD(Lee/Lee) has improved so much, that just in HK open 2005, they were owned by YW/ZJW, and now they are fighting head to head.
Lee Yong Dae in both MD and XD are amazing! Too bad, he ain't good enough to beat Hafiz in MS.:crying:
congrats to KOR in beating CHN and advancing to the finals!!
...now you can go shopping with CTF!!! AIYA
YW/ZJW just lost, too bad, well there always next time. Congratulation to the Kor pair.
poor Japanese pairs , always managed to create upset here and there but never able to win any tournament so far
I hope 2 they 'll take too~
Good one. That would have been superb.
The Olympic and World Champions Yang Wei/Zhang Jiewen were beaten by Lee Kyung Won/Lee Hyo Jung in 13-21 21-13 21-19.
Third upset of the day.
AEO 2008, the year of upsets!
Korean looks good to maintain their supreme in OG doubles gold..
There is nothing much tactical games in the korean doubles.. Smashes over smashes from begining right to the end of rallies.
It's an upset in a sense, but they are all seeded and not far in ranking.
go go to get victory Lee/Hwang
Game point for Lee/Hwang 20-15
In order to smash, one must force a lift... how you force the lift is considered tactical. Plus where you smash or to whom you smash to, is a tactic as well.
Otherwise, the whole game of tennis isn't much tactics either, it is always a lot of forehand, or backhand stroke to the far end of the other side.
match point now for KOR...another good job by the doubles team
Even MK/HS or Fu/Chai will have problem handling the Koreans....
Okay. All Korean-MD final.
ya loh, but they have been to reach this far, hmmmm, the other pairs should know their game by now - did they change their style much lately?
