Hi, I was wondering if people in BF use alpha racquets. I use a XP-77, and it does not feel or look like a Yonex Mp77. If you guys have tried alpha racquets, how would you compare them against more popular racquets. website: www.alphatennis.com
well, there was a guy at my club who used two different alpha rackets (he was a VERY good player btw). I tried both of them for a few shots but they felt very heavy and bulky, not bery impressive. HOwever they could take very high string tension...the guy had them strung at like 28 pounds at least
Actually, my alpha racquet feel very balanced, and quite powerful. When I tried an mp99, I wasn't sure the mp99 generated more power than my alpha.
