The Olympic Channel has a series called "Anatomy Of" where they look at athletes from lots of different sports and try to break down their anatomy to see what makes them so good in their field. There's an episode on badminton and they studied Marcus Ellis! https://www.olympicchannel.com/en/o...is-marcus-ellis-one-of-the-fittest-olympians/ (apologies if this has been posted before)
Yeah this is a great fun video, and shows that top level badminton athletes compete at an extreme physical level!
It's worthy to not that they mostly use the tests for the videos that make that particular athlete shine. In another note, it's interesting to see how unevenly trained her looks, especially the shoulder part. Then, there's nothing a badminton player didn't expect, but it's nice to see an effort to have badminton recognized as a sport, not a backyard game with a can of beer in one hand.
I think they should have had Marcus hit a few smashes at Lolo Jones - I never think Muggles realise just how fast the shuttle comes at you!
