he.. so am i ( i posted it at macau thread ).. the good news is if rian/yoke win the macau open, MK/HS will be still #1 WR
Meaning... you are rooting for them to got to the semifinals? That's good... As for me, I will be happy if the can go to the quarterfinals... Meaning: they have to beat Guo-Xie and Lee-Hwang... That's already tough... As for KKK-TBH, I actually talked to Yoke when I met him and he said he was so embarrased that the Malaysian coach laughed at them [Rian-Yoke] after KKK-TBH thrashed them 21-5 or something [in the 2nd game] at the 2007 Philippine Open. Time for your revenge, Rian-Yoke! Ha ha ha! You are a smart and witty man, Ball X... True true...
samuel, you are in Rian's thread. ...and de-facto unofficial Rian worldwide fan-club ...before the real one exists [sometime in the future, I don't know when...] We are protected by our sovereign, Lady Yannie of Denmark... Over here we are all dreaming and hoping for Rian's success... If you want to be 'realistic', please just go to the tournament thread... Over here, we joke, we laugh, we hope, we dream, we give him encouragement to always move forward... We are here because we like Rian.
Yo ! Uncle Krisna.. i am not here to create any chaos... If you still remember, i am one of those who loves to see future of badminton starts emerging from anywhere around the world. It was just a jokes I know & I always believe Rian/Yoke can be one of the "FUTURE Stars" in badminton arena
Hi, Nice to meet u all. I'm a new member and also like Rian ( Rian fans wanna be ). First time i saw rian on Singapore Open 2007. Hope i can know lot of him from u all.
Welcome HuangX... Rian is in Macau today. He will probably play either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow....
Rian/Yoke SHOULD play tomorrow (according to the schedule of play). They will face Guo Zhendong/Xie Zhongbo....a tough match for them indeed...
By the way, in case anyone here did not see the Dutch Open thread... badMania wrote [and I can confirm this fact too after reading the BWF seeding myself]: Rian Yoke is seeded 6 in the Dutch Open [due to the BWF notional ranking calculation] ... ...and badMania predicted Rian-Yoke will go even further than their seeding. I agree with him because the toughest opponents from Malaysia, Korea, and China are not going there... [most possibly they go straight to Denmark Open and French Open] Good for Rian-Yoke...
And.. ..a dedicated one as well~~even going as far as fasting so Rian (and Yoke) can win?!...Hopefully HuangX won't have to fast everytime Rian is about to play though..
Rian-Yoke lost to Guo-Xie 14-21, 14-21 in Macau Open a few hours ago... Ouch... Well, I guess they now have to concentrate on the Dutch Open...
Yup...too bad they lost early in both GP Golds events due to intense competitions in the MD event for both tourneys. Now, the Dutch Open should give them a chance to prove themselves. As I said earlier, I still think its too early for Rian/Yoke to compete in the SS Of course, they can participate in either Denmark/France SS since they are already in Europe. The main targets for them should be in the Dutch Open, Vietnam Open, Rusian Open GP Gold and the season-ending Italian International Challenge. Calendar: 16-21 Oct Dutch Open GP 23-28 Oct Denmark Open SS -- if they really go 06-11 Nov Vietnam Open GP 06-09 Dec Russian Open GP Gold 11-14 Dec VII Italian International
Yes, GOR Bhineka and GOR Manahan [maybe for the Juniors]... I predict a semifinalist result for Rian-Yoke... The champ should be between Kido-Hendra or Luluk-Alven laaah...
