did you cut off your string immediately everytime one of the string snapped? this is important to prevent breaking your frame due to imbalance tension.
Apacs rackets are pretty much just the regular 50-100$ graphite racket you'll find from every brand, especially the knock offs of other brands. There is little to no other materials that are susceptible to improve durability or performances in some ways. Not saying they are not durable, but I don't think you should expect them to last 10 years. Fast breaks should not be too uncommon.
Not necessarily suggesting its the stringers fault, but sometimes when crosses are strung top down and you don't place side supports at the 8 O'clock and the 4 O'clock a bit lower down, you get breakages at the double grommet hole where you have both mains and crosses coming through....seen quite a few happen in recent past.... Just seems co-incidental that you would end up with two broken rackets at pretty much the same spot within such a short space of time.... BTW what tension were you stringing with..? Anything in mid 20's should not be a problem for the APACS..
Received my AVP last week, man it's great racket. so much power and so easy to use. compared to the vt70 it is such a different beast. got it strung with nbg-99 at 25lb. same as my featherweight 500.
^ Yup, gotten mine last week and strung with Victor VS-890 @ 25lbs first hit on all shots are effortlessly sweet except for smashes lack of punch but pretty good angle and control
I had strung them both at 24. And they were both strung in two different places. About the stringing technicality I have never noticed it. I'll make sure I check it the next time I buy one.
By fast breaks what is the frequency of a bat breakage you think! I play daily for 2 hours and this is my second bat in 8-10 months. are you saying that it is normal? and yes i am a hard hitter. I don't want the bat to last for 10 years but atleast a year or 2 is normal I think.
well, I used Apacs N 9900 for many years without breaking any so far. Strung at 26/27 lbs. But as soon as a string breaks I make sure to cut the others. At 24 on a F 101 I don't think it is that important to cut but a good principle. I wish u better luck but keep it APACS.
I really loved the racquet but can't afford to break another one. Will take a break from Apacs for sometime. And the thing is I haven't seen even a single person using Apacs in my place. So I can't even compare with others.

which one would you choose 3u vh2000 or 4u luridpower 23? I had T200, L60,VH2000,T400 (or T200ii) BSLYD, and I like vh2000 best (power, speed, control and no vibration), but I'm getting older I'm thinking to down grade with 4u stiff shaft and heavy head luridpower 23, how would you cpmpare it to VH2000 in term of power, speed, ? is there any vibration? for control, I think It takes time to get used to. thanks all for your comments.

A quick review of the N Force compared to the ZF2. The frames on both of these racquets are nearly identical so I was hoping the N force would play similar to the ZF2. The BP of the N force is around the same so it felt nice to play with. Even when I chose 86g N Force bare weight it still didn't weight the same as my 3U ZF2 after stringing so it's more towards the 4U side. Grip size is slightly smaller (G2 on Apacs and G5 on Yonex). The shaft stiffness is softer on the N Force, similar to that of Arcsaber 11. To sum the N Force up, it's pretty much a more forgiving racquet than the ZF2 so if anyone found the ZF2 too heavy or too stiff the N Force is probably a good choice.
If it is still available in Dec when I am in KL, I dont mind to help you offload it. It would be a nice pick up for my 8 yrd old. He has a similar weight Nano Fusion. It has gone from Rm140 to Rm90, how low can it go till Dec?
1) Apacs Z-Ziggler -- clone of Yonex VTZF 2, very good in control, so do not tie your string at too high of a tension. 25 LBS is decent enough. 2) Apacs Lethal 9 -- this is ridiculously strong racquet for smashes with balanced weight distribution, control wise it is quite terrible but may be due to my 28 LBS tension.
