Arm pain when smashing

    honestly guys the difference in weight in the rackets is not enough to cause significant injury unless his technique is wrong.
    If you find you play without pain then switch to a heavier racket and get pain its because your technique is out and the extra weight finally puts that bit too much strain on your muscle.
    With correct technique you wont get pain because theres no incorrect strain on your muscles? if you play for hours then even with correct technique you may get some pain but thats exhaustion and it should repair its self fairly quickly.

    Do you guys think Lin Dan would get significant pain when switching to a slightly heavier racket?? doubt it lol

    dont think the tension is too high.23lbs is quite low.so should be some technique problem or overstrain
