Wow, what a WS match so far. Hope there'll be an HD version of it later.

    My goodness, Ratchanok takes it.

I wonder if Lix doubts herselfs in finals these days

However, if all goes as expected, Ratchanok will wilt in the third set and lose something like 11-21.

Coincidentally, LXR has been playing several deuced sets...the saga continues.

LXR's pressure, I'd say, almost always comes from herself.

Simple errors from LXR, a sign of anxiety.

I sense it's Intanon's day, LXR losing her touch...

I don't think LXR (even at her best) is that much above the rest of the field to warrant making (quite pathetic) excuses for her. For Lin Dan that's fine, but LXR is nowhere near that far ahead of the rest of the WS field. This is why many people now find WS to be the most interesting discipline - there are so many great players now and just about anyone can beat anyone else.

You can already see that LXR needs to be at her best (or near her best) to win a tournament that features many top players (notable exception in this current tournament is the best WS player in the world right now - Carolina Marin). If she does have mental issues, and she loses because of that, then she's obviously not that far ahead of the rest of the field. I can guarantee you that LXR would crush me in a singles match even if she was psychotic hehe. And that's because she's way better than me. But she's not way better than the rest of the WS field.

Failed to take two easy points and making simple errors as well, gone.

Ratchanok takes a 12-4 lead. Will it be enough to win this?

In fact, I believe Carolina Marin has taken WS to the next level. Her speed of movement and power/deception overhead rivals some MS players! Don't be surprised if Carolina Marin starts dominating WS over the next few years. Which is ridiculous, given she's from Spain! And by the way, I don't really like her as a player due to her attitude and screaming etc. But I'm slowly overlooking those negative aspects given how well she plays hehe.
