Sadly I can't remove the black plastic at the top because that will expose a little metal piece which makes it hard to put the load spreader there

Argh, that’s annoying. They were just glued on my old T20.

Any chance to get rid of these bits there with a file and sandpaper?

@Jan P - can you elaborate as to what you mean by "hard to put the load spreader".
    1. Does it not sit flush to the post because of the protrusion?
    2. Does it not sit flush to the black pad when the racket frame is mounted?
    3. Both 1 and 2?
To make if flush you might need to find something (Small screw/bolt? just a cut off a piece of metal?) to sit between the top and bottom protrusions for you to have the load spreader sit flush

I would also suggest the same thing as @s_mair - file off the protruding bits.

I have a T15 and had the same issue at the 12 and 6 o'clock supports. If you don't want to file the protruding metal bit, you can lower the loadspreader by making an indentation in it with a soldering iron as suggested in the above thread.

Alternatively, you can raise the side supports by putting something e.g. a M8 size nut between the side arm and the K supports. This elevates the side supported racket a little higher to the loadspreader. It also increases the angle of the string to the tensioner. I don't think this would cause too much of an issue. I had to raise my chudek side support this way to get it to the correct height.

I remembered that we had the same issue not so long ago but I was too lazy to do the digging. :D So thanks for linking that one!

Maybe easier to sand down the plastic part?
