I just found out Lazada is selling BG66 ultimax string 200m for only RM420. I wonder whether this pricing is genuine or not and dare not to buy it now. Wish you all can give me an idea whether this is below the average price or maybe its way higher than the martket price. About 3 weeks ago I dropped my rackets to be restrung by my favorite stringer. He has a small badminton shop in the center of Paris, and he's a member of Yonex stringing team (official stringer at french open, as well as other european tournament). He showed me a fake racket and some fake YY strings. For the string, I tell you, I couldn't tell if they are fake. Everything looks the same. But one thing he pointed me out is that the hologram sticker is very easy to detach, even by sliding your finger to the edge of the hologram sticker. OTOH, real YY used a special glue, so it won't be easy to detach it. Hope that helps. Just be aware that fake strings do exist....
Bought my last reel at the equivalent of RM290 here in Denmark when the price war was on Directly from Yonex (= no fake). So RM420 doesn't have to mean fake. Cheers, FB
