    QUARTERFINALS (03.00pm local time, 4 courts) => https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/matches.aspx?id=F954AC16-AB8D-41B7-B81E-E7A472832004

    Wei Nan and Derek Wong have opportunity to deny all China affairs in MS semifinals, both top and second seed Wang ZM and Tian HW are predicted to pass last eight round. How good China young guns to cope their rivals, 17 years old reigning WJC Lin Guipu and 2010 Asian Junior Champion Huang Yuxiang who's already 22 y.o. oppose Wei Nan and Derek Wong ZL respectively.

    Shen Yaying-He Bingjiao should be interesting to follow, these two girls probably would be China leading WS in future years beside Chen Yufei to replace their predecessors, Li Xuerui, Wang Shixian, Wang Yihan. Sun Yu has improved a lot who created her career breakthrough in Singapore, than other youngsters like Deng Xuan, Suo Di and Yao Xue.

    In MD, a flopped performance by former All England champion and tournament top-seed Liu XL/Qiu ZH as they lost to TPE pair Liao MC/Tseng MH yesterday. Another TPE MD Lu CY/Tien TC also stunned hot fave, Pratama/Suwardi at first round. However, China has assured 1 semifinal slot in this discipline. Defending champion Kang Jun/Liu Cheng will up against Saeki/Taohata who may trouble the home pair.

    Three CHN WD seem on course to final four unless one of TPE pair could surprise them, top seed Malaysian pair is predicted to progress. China world #4 Liu Cheng/Bao Yixin will get first test against Tan AQ/Lai PJ. Two potential close matches at this stage, Triyachart/Sari v Chan PS/Goh LY and Huang KX/Huang DP v Subaktiar/Widjaja.

    It's pretty tense match for strong fave Liu/Bao to beat stubborn MAS XD Tan AQ/Lai PJ, 21-19 / 21-18.

    Wow amazing match from Tan Aik Quan / Lai Pei Jing. Imagine it they really played very well today and both of them really deserved a pat on their shoulder. From the start both of this junior players knew that it would be tough for them to beat Liu Cheng / Bao Yixin world ranking no 3. But they never give up and fight for points after points. Although they have lost today 19-21, 18-21, the score is very close too. Congratulations to both of them. I think this MX have a very bright future. I never expect to see such a good performance from them today. I am actually expecting Liu Cheng / Bao Yixin to win over them with a big marginal score. Good fighting spirit from the Mas MX makes the match very exciting today. :)

    Wow another WS junior Chisato Hoshi just won over another WS junior Fan Mengyan 21-15 21-17. At first I thought that Fan Mengyan will win the match but it was the other way round. Anyway congratulations to Chisato Hoshi for wining this match. Well a good coach like Park Joo Bong certainly makes a big difference here. :)

    Wow amazing. I guess Wang Zhengming will win this game. He won the second set 21-11. He is now leading the third set 8-5. Then can Edi SUBAKTIAR / Gloria Emanuelle WIDJAJA win this match? They won the first set but lose the second set. Can they win the third set? It looks a bit difficult for them now although their ranking is higher then their opponent.

    Does anyone know much about HBJ's upcoming opponent Shen Yayin? I was very surprised to see Shen as the favourite for the match

    For the second year in a row at the CHN Masters, Shen Yaying beat Yao Xue , last year was in the semifinals before losing to Liu Xin in the title match. I think she'll be a tough opponent for He Bingjiao.

    Apparently Zhao Jun Peng pushed Wang ZM hard in the third but a late spurt from WZM saw him through to the semifinals, 21-15.

    I'd like to see if He Bingjiao has slimmed down, more compact, fitter, but no livestream for Ct 4. Hope to catch her in the semifinals tomorrow.
