Does anyone here loves boxing? I do. If you do please tell me who are your favorite boxers.

Guess I have to start first.

This is my list in no particular order:

    1. Manny Pacquiao (of course, he's a fellow Filipino)
    2. Gerry Peñalosa (Filipino)
    3. Nonito Donaire (also Filipino)
    4. Bernard Hopkins
    5. Miguel Cotto
    6. Shane Mosley
    7. Juan Manuel Marquez
    8. Israel Vazquez

I grew up knowing about boxing. But that was old school days. I remember Ali...but moreso Tommy Hearns, Marvin Hagler, Ray Leonard.

Nowadays I can't stomach watching men hurt each other. But there is no denying that a contest between two quick graceful fighters is an amazing feat of athleticism and bravery. Pacquaio looks amazing.

It's really hard for some people to watch two fighters almost killing (and indeed sometimes the other one is dead). Especially if there's blood gushing out from the cuts. Tha's why boxing is the most dangerous sports ever.

Still, I like it. I really love boxing.

Floyd might return again. Juan Manuel Marquez wants to fight him. There's already a negotitation taking place but the main concern is the weight. JMM doesn't want to fight at welterweight or at 147 lbs. He might be willing if it will take place at 143 or 144.

You might be interested when I tell that Wladimir will fight again on June against David Haye of UK. It was said that they have already sold about 30,000 tickets. This might be the biggest event of VK in his entire career.

Sapok is not good enough compare to the Filipinos and the Mexicans.

Mayweather JR is trash talk king of boxing at the moment. His EGO and Money will definitely bring him out from Retirement. Im sure one day he will face Pacquiao. Im really looking forward to that.

Watch out for Pacquiao vs. Hatton on May 2.

I've been rooting for Pacquiao eversince. I still want him to win in this fight; however, due to some personal reasons, I think he's going to have a 50-50 chance of winning the Light Welterweight.

Since we're talking about boxing, does anyone know what the average psi is for a trained boxer ? I've heard a lot of things, but my coach tells me that it's around 600lbs.

No comment. As much as I want Pacquiao to win, still ... no comment.
Nonetheless, I'm still rooting for him.

Dream matchup can come true. Mayweather Jr just announce comeback with next bout against Manuel Marquez in July. I think Pacman vs Mayweather is coming!
