As I stated on the day 1 that the mat wasnt taped well as its clearly visible on TV and this is exactly what happened with TTY on C1 !

Even in my home tournament Syed Modi which is S300 Ive never seen the court mat so disasterous...What a mess of a World Tour Finals !

Since Day 1 the cracks of mat joins are clearly visible and thats very dangerous but somehow the game is still on and the mats havent been joint well yet.

Yes its not taped well and its both the courts 1 and 2 if youre watching on TV Im sure you can see the cracks on both courts.

Whoever is incharge for taping the mat together must be fired cause its 3rd day today and still the gaps are visible and I think thats how its gona be.

even S100 events have better court mats than this.

tty didn't apply enough pressure on asy imo, big mistake on her part. on top of that she just made way too many mistake. i think asy has played better since that loss to kge on the first day though

I agree even in my home tournament Syed Modi S300 we have never had an incident where the court is not taped well even if you watch the videos of all past editions including this years' one you wont see the court cracks not just on TV court but none of the 4 courts we use for initial rounds.

So this for illustration of bad quality Victor Court Mats or Poor taping of the courts in this WTF edition

This screnshot is from the finals of Syed Modi S300 and thats Yonex Mat which is used on all courts incl this one on Finals day IMG-20231215-WA0005.jpg
as you can see there is clear taping without any gaps.

Now lets take a look at this current WTF event and victor mats below
    IMG-20231215-WA0003.jpg
here you can clearly see a big black gap if you look under ASY's feet and this is not just on court 1 but even on court 2..you can clearly see big black lines on or at rear of both the courts which shows they are either of poor quality or arent taped well.
    IMG-20231215-WA0002.jpg

If you look at my previous posts on this thread I mentioned this taping issue on the day 1 of telecast and I fear if either they aint changed or taped well someone will get injured though I hope they do tape it well today itself cause we already have a lot of injuries.

    GMT is lack of consistency.
She can won against AY and CYF before but couldn't win against TTY.
Let's see what can she do next year

What is possible in MD group B?
    Assuming the Danes will win.
    Who advances?
    The Indonesians first and then?

Depends on how the Danes wins.
If the Danes could win straight set over Fikri/Maulana, then Alfian/Ardianto + the Danes will go to semifinal.
If not, Alfian/Ardianto + Kang/Seo will go to semifinal.
    Alfian/Ardianto is the group winner.

If JC beats LSH, does it mean AA is through, win or lose to KV?

If Kodai beats SYQ, AG is through.
VA cannot lose to AG. He must win and a draw won't be good enough.
