Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC on 29-Jun-2014 - (A Short Report) . Here is a short report for our Sunday CCC CATS at MSAC held on 29-Jun-2014, our 20th CATS this year. We thank trainees for removing themselves from our 'Buying-in List' when unable to attend; therefore opening up vacancies for new trainees wishing to join us. Reminder: If you are unable to attend, kindly remove your name ASAP so that others can replace you. Why? Trainees are now to begin ALL warm-up drills with these 2 strokes :- (1) "Low Service" (2) "Net Return" and then, continue with the other strokes of our set drills. Why? Because we need to train more on these first 2 strokes in a rally. For this CATS, we worked on 'Hitting the shuttlecock earlier' and a discussion on 'Floating Bases' (player and racket-head positions). Trainees are reminded that our CCC CATS conducts a program which takes around half-a-year to complete.
