here i found a place in which you can get live webcast of the China Open. the times of live broadcast are 2.30pm - 5.30pm (China Time), replay 1.25am - 4.30am. rtsp://211.96.14.134:554/encoder/sports?title= the quality of the webcast however, is not very good. i tried it out and it is around a frame every second or two, sometimes a frame every 10 seconds so hardly watchable at all. but at least it is there.
